Hi! I'm Danielle aka 'The Law Foodie' and I am a trainee solicitor, qualified nutritionist and an avid food and fitness blogger from Cardiff. I live to create new and delicious macro-friendly recipes which I share with friends and followers on my blog at TheLawFoodie.com. Through my love of for food and strength training, I aim to promote body positivity to help remind others that fitness is so much more than just starving yourself in an attempt to 'look good'.

Why I started working out:
I started training to control my eating disorder and to help improve my mental health.
What keeps me going:
Witnessing continual progress both mentally and physically and seeing an increase in personal strength gains.
A current goal I'm working towards:
Being my best possible self!
My biggest inspiration:
Cassandra (Cass) Martin because of her commitment to heavy lifting and her no b.s approach to life and training.
When I'm not training:
I'm working towards my career and goal of qualifying as a solicitor. I also socialise with friends, create delicious recipes and upload them to my Instagram and blog so my followers can try them out!
In my gym bag:
Weight straps, shaker, towel, trainers and a protein bar.
How I aim to change the world:
I want to inspire young women to be body confident and love the body they are in!
