Returns Policy

UK Customers

  • We offer a 14 day returns period to give you piece of mind when shopping at our online store. This period starts the day you receive your original order, please contact our customer support team with your full name, order number and return details to start your order return.

  • UK customers can also exchange items within 14 days of receiving their order for the same item in a different size, colour or for a product that is the exact same price as the returned item. These are limited to stock availability; if the item is out of stock then a refund will be issued instead.

  • If you would like an item of a different value or product code then you will need to return your items for a refund and place a new order.

  • If you would like to return an incorrect or faulty item please contact our customer support team and we will get this sorted as quickly as we can.

  • Please complete a return form and include this within your return order. Without this information we are unable to take care of your return.

  • All goods are inspected upon return. We reserve the right to refuse any returns that are not in original condition, that is any items that are of the following: Any items worn, washed, consisting of distinct odours, blemishes or signs of wear and tear, covered in animal or human hair etc will not be accepted. We cannot accept returns on undergarments for health and hygiene reasons. These item will state the no-returns policy within the product description. Gift cards are exempt from returns. Any discontinued products cannot be returned for an exchange or refund.

  • We will send an email confirming that we've completed your return and inform you on whether a refund or exchange has been processed. This  is usually done within 1 - 2 working days of receiving your return. Exchanged items will be shipped to the original delivery address. If you would like to change your delivery address please include this within your returns form.

  • All returned goods are your responsibility until they reach ourselves. We recommend safely and securely packing your returns to prevent any damage occurring during it's return. We also recommend holding on to proof of postage and the use of a trackable service. We are not responsible of any parcels that go missing during their return.

  • In the unlikely event that returned items are found to be of an unsuitable condition we will refuse the return and may have to send the item back to you.

      International Customers

      • As an international customer we are unable to offer an exchange on returned items but you can return any items to us for a full refund and then place a new order for the colour, size or item you would prefer.

      • If you would like to return an incorrect or faulty item please contact our customer support team and we will get this sorted as quickly as we can.

      • Please complete a return form and include this within your return order. Without this information we are unable to take care of your return.
